Cancellation Policy
Participants who are unable to attend the congress are requested to email: info.wrc2026@gmail.com to notify the secretariat office. For the notification before May 31, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. The refunds requested after this date will not be possible. All refunds will be made one month after the congress.
