Format of Presentation

Please indicate your preference for the format of the presentation (Oral or Poster)
The abstract submitted for oral presentation may be accepted as a poster presentation, depending on the available time slot.

Research Awards

        There will be two Best Abstract Research Awards, granted for both oral and poster presentations, with each award valued at USD 1,000. However, all abstracts must be submitted by the submission deadline.

 

Submission Guidelines

  1. All abstracts must be submitted to the congress website only. Abstracts received in any other way will not be accepted.
  2. All abstracts must be composed in English. Please aim for clarity and simplicity, avoiding any language errors. 
  3. Abstract Specification: Paper Size: A4: Portrait, Font: 12-point size, Times New Roman, Microsoft Word only. The template is available for download and must be used.
  4. The title of the abstract is limited to 200 characters.
  5. An abstract may include a maximum of 10 authors. Please provide the full name; OMIT degrees and titles.
  6. Abstracts should not exceed 250 words, excluding names, affiliations, and titles.
  7. Body of abstract included introduction (background & objectives), materials and methods, results, and conclusions
  8. References and credit MUST NOT be included in the abstract.
  9. Tables and figures are NOT ALLOWED to be included in the abstract.
  10. Use standard abbreviations in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears.
  11. It is the author's responsibility to submit an error-free abstract. Any mistakes in spelling, grammar, or scientific accuracy will appear exactly as submitted by the author.
  12. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email that your abstract has been received, and you will be provided with access to a private portal where modifications can be made, up to the review process. The abstract number will be allocated in the confirmation email. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence regarding the abstract.
  13. The Organising Committee reserves the right to amend or change any part of the submission guidelines.

  15. The Scientific Committee will score all submitted abstracts, and you will be notified of the status of the submitted abstract by 30 April 2026. Only the presenting authors will be contacted regarding the status of their abstract. Please ensure that you assign the correct person and forward all relevant information to the presenter.


Presenting Author Information

  1. The presenting author or one of the authors should be identified at the time of submission and MUST be registered to attend the conference to allow the programme to be finalized.
  2. The registration deadline for the presenting abstract author is 15 October 2026.
  3. In case the presenting author has not been provided or has not registered by 15 October 2026, the abstract will be withdrawn from the program without notification.
  4. If there is a change in the presenting author, the conference organizers must be informed in advance at WRC2026@hotmail.com by 15 October 2026.
  5. The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.

 

Notice of Acceptance

Notification will be sent to the presenter only via email by 30 April 2026

If you do not receive any notification by 30 April 2026, please contact wrc2026.bangkokthailand@gmail.com
The presenter is required to pay the registration fee payment to have the abstract published in the abstract book (or e-book). Should the author not follow either of these, WRC2026 reserves the right not to include the author’s work in the abstract book (or e-book).
